Workshop on the Role of Mobile Technologies in Fostering Social Development

During my recent presentation at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, I met up with Stephane Boyera from W3C, and we talked about a workshop he was organising. I've since been appointed a member of the Program Committee, and would like to take this opportunity to spread news of the event among members of the Kabissa community, since some of you may well be interested in, and able to contribute to, the event.
