Visualizing Information for Advocacy: An Introduction to Information Design is a manual aimed at helping NGOs and advocates strengthen their campaigns and projects through communicating vital information with greater impact. This project aims to raise awareness, introduce concepts, and promote good practice in information design – a powerful tool for advocacy, outreach, research, organization and education.

 

Tactical Tech are an NGO working to bring together technological solutions for advocacy and are most well known for their NGO in a box toolkits. TT have now published a booklet "Visualising Information for Advocacy: An Introduction to Information Design.

The booklet "is a manual aimed at helping NGOs and advocates strengthen their campaigns and projects through communicating vital information with greater impact". By using examples the manual demonstrates how to use graphics to "tell a powerful story in a snapshot"
