The National coalition on Affirmative Action (website, kabissa profile) is an umbrella organisation of over 60 NGOs committed to the promotion of women's human rights and the integration of affirmative action principles in the constitution and laws of Nigeria, as a strategy for increasing the numbers of women in governance.
