New Issue of KM4Dev Journal Now Available

We are pleased to announce that the summer 2007 issue of the 'KM4D Journal' (Vol3.1) is now online at www.km4dev.org/journal. Kindly see under 'current'. Big thanks go to the Guest Editors Beth Kanter, Partha Sarker, Oreoluwa Somolu, Beverly Trayner, and Brenda Zulu, who joined me in stewarding this issue, and our co-Chief Editors Sarah Cummings, Julie Ferguson and Lucie Lamoureux (who was chief editor this edition!).

The current issue of the journal (Vol. 3, issue 1, Summer 2007) on the subject of 'Stewarding technologies for collaboration, community building and knowledge sharing in development.' I am personally VERY happy and grateful to all the authors and editors in making this issue happen because the topic is near and dear to my heart and work. Based on many of the discussions we have here in KM4Dev, I suspect it is important to many of us, even if we have never called it "technology stewardship." This issue offers 12 contributions, exploring the concept, dynamics and practice of technology stewardship from a broad variety of contexts.
