Dear All,

CEPA is wishing you all a happy xmas and a prosperous new year. We are very sorry for our inability to launch CEPA this december as we announced. It was due to our inabilty to meet up with the required logistics. We hope that next year will be a better opportunity for us. Thanks for believing in the dream of CEPA.
