Kamemba Economic and Education Youth Group [KEEG]

Objectives 1. To reduce poverty and ignorance in communities through information dissemination and training youth on self initiatives and development. 2. To enhance continuous education for youth at the rural community level. 3. Promote utilization of new skills for youth groups so as to create wealth and improve the living standards of the youth. 4. To enhance capacities and youth participation in decision making and direct development issues in their communities. 5. To enhance collaboration / networking with other organizations having similar concerns both locally and internationally to raise funds for the promotion of the organizations objectives listed here above. 6. Support and enable young people to make more informed choices about their sexual behaviors and relationships through skills and value development. Programmes KEEG is undertaking four main programmes 1. Peer Support for Behavioral Change (PSBC) 2. ICT Resource Centre / Community Resource Centre 3. School Fees Programme. 4. Training and Consultancies.
