To promote research and advocacy, access and use of appropriate ICT services for the youths, men and women to be socially and economically empowered in the Rwenzori region, Western Uganda.

It is a community Based, Non-Governmental Organization, ICT-Driven working on four basic programmes, Ie, ICT Policy Research & Advocacy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Promotion Through the ICT-Enable Business Incubation Initiative,Integrated Sofrware Systems Consultancy Services and Project Monitoring & Evaluation Services
