Description of Activities
The Prisoners Assistance Program (PAP) is a human rights, prison reform and anti-torture advocacy NGO. Since its registration with the Government of Liberia in 1994,PAP has been promoting, protecting and advocating human rights especially prisoners' rights and providing education on the rights of prisosoners and anti-torture.
