Process: 

  1. Member requests case study via online form which sends email to editors mailbox
  2. Kabissa member content editor reviews request and discusses with org team (marketing) on whether to feature organization or not (what are requirements?)
  3. respond to request:
    1. if no, send canned response via editors mailbox 
    2. if yes, explain process (canned response/template in editors mailbox?) and request any additional info or photo that may be needed
  4. Kabissa volunteer writes case study using info in request in coordination with org team (marketing)
    1. review and improve org profile page (make sure it includes all relevant social network links) 
    2.  
  5. Final signoff by marketing team and executive director
  6. Kabissa volunteer posts case study to website 

How to post case study to website

  1. log in and click on Content Management - > Add Content -> Organization Story
  2. Copy in content as follows:
    1. Title - organization name
    2. Org story picture - picture to display on frontpage
    3. Org story summary - title to display on frontpage 
    4. Body - full text of the story ( be sure to use "paste as plain text" popup to ensure clean formatting, then add formatting, line breaks and links again)
    5. Vocabulary vertical tab - add in relevant categories and tags, including 
    6. Authoring information vertical tab - change to username of Kabissa volunteer who wrote the case study, if needed 
  3. Save changes and preview in web browser
  4. Share via facebook and twitter, contact organization to let them know the case study is up and request a check for corrections that may still be needed
