On the 21st of February, NABUUR.com and International Contact Uganda (ICU) will organize a Meet2Connect event in Kampala, Uganda.
Take this chance to meet local community representatives, to expand your network, and get to know each other and each other's projects.
Different partner organizations will be invited to present themselves and become part of the network too.
Nabuur.com is an online volunteering platform that links Neighbours (online
volunteers) with Villages (local communities) in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Connected through Nabuur.com, Neighbours and local communities learn about each
other, share ideas and find solutions to local issues.
Program Meet2Connect
Morning:
- Meet2Connect : an introduction to active networking
- Who is your neighbour?: get to know your neighbours, what they do and discover what they have to offer
Afternoon:
- Open network market
The event will take place at the ICU Service Centre ,Bazzekuketta Road, Rubaga, Kampala.
Who's invited?
All Ugandan NABUUR local representatives have been invited for this event, as well as other organisations from ICU's network.
Any Kabissa members interested to join the network and meet NABUUR local representatives are also welcome to join!
Kindly get in touch with me at pelle@nabuur.com and indicate if you would be present during the whole day or only the afternoon, so that we know how many people to expect.

Hello Dorothy - thanks for your reply. The message you are replying to is a notification from the Kabissa blog. Sometimes the blog post texts don't come through properly in the notifications, depending on the formatting, so you have to click the link to go online to read it in full. Sorry for the confusion!
Your replies to notifications are posted to the blog as comments - click the link on this notification to see what I mean. This conversation we are having is not just by email but on the site! In this way it is possible to participate in a global conversation on Kabissausing only email.
