Petition: thank Ethiopia for allowing Eritrean refugees to live outside camps

Recently Ethiopia allowed Eritrean refugees to live outside camps. This is a good move by the Ethiopian authorities.

I hope this will be an example for many African countries to follow what Ethiopia had done. We have to thank Ethiopia for what it did.
