Climate change in Africa

I am trained on Climate Change Issues specifically on GHG A ccounting,GHG IMS & GHG Accounting at Project Level. One can not tackle Climate Change agents without measuring it.You reduce emissions that causes Climate Change if you measure it.What gets measured gets controlled. Climate Change can best be handled once we have enough Technology in Africa to be able to effectifully manage Climate Change, advice industries, Business operators to consider reporting their GHG emissions like we do Financial reporting. Let us train more GHG accountants in Africa so that we assist our emitters to take action.Currently such Technology is found in USA and it is expensive to get it. However, I am based in Africa and I can give GHG accounting advices to emitters in Africa, if proper contacts are made.You will be able to pay more dividents to your investors and reduce glonbal warming at the sametime.This will help us all. Imagine Africa is going to COP15 meeting.Whatever they agree, do we have African Accountants to monitor the deals and if they are as we need? Who will question or carry out Audit of the deals agreed if we dont understand the GHG accounting? Our Africans need more knowledge on this .We need technical people at the meetings of Climate Change , not friends who just want the positions. Personally ,I am willing and ready to talk to fellow Africans to sensitize them on how the GHG accounting works and how they can reduce Climate Change impacts and increase wealth. Thank you.
