BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Kabissa is a volunteer-run nonprofit network. The volunteer recruiter ensures that Kabissa has its needed human resources. Given that the positions are unpaid and therefore no serious sanctions can be envisioned, it is a challenge for the volunteer recruiter to ensure that the recruited volunteers are self-accountable, pull their own weight and do not unexpectedly leave the team. It is a key aspect to recruit the suitable volunteers. Without them, Kabissa cannot sustain its ambitious goals.
OBJECTIVE
Kabissa is currently structured in four teams which are insufficiently developed in order to sustain Kabissa’s ambitious goals. The objective is to strengthen our volunteering team, both internally and externally, in order to ensure a faster progress of Kabissa’s activities and projects.
The volunteer’s contribution is essential in that it recruits volunteers who can integrate successfully in our already existing team, thus ensuring the needed human resources.
