Kabissa is currently recruiting 1 volunteer to fill in the postion of Volunteer Recruiter.
TASKS
- Advertise the new openings as indicated in the Kabissa Operating Procedures
- Handle volunteering mailbox correspondence and volunteer applications
- Set up and conduct interviews with prospective volunteers
- Help the recruited volunteers to set up their first 3 month workplan
- Induct the recruited volunteers in the team and assists them in getting familiar with the Kabissa infrastructure and procedures specific to the initial phase

I am Diana, a 24 years old Romanian, who discovered Kabissa on the UNV online volunteering website. After being interviewed by the Executive Director, Tobias Eigen, I was given the great news that I have been accepted in the team, as a volunteer coordinator.
