Refund Policy

If a member cancels a paid hosting service at any time before it is up for renewal, they are entitled to a refund. They are also entitled to a refund if they downgrade to a less expensive hosting account. The amount of the refund is prorated to the number of months left on their account, minus US$15 administrative costs. In the case of cancellation, the refund will be issued via wire transfer, or for members in Lagos, in cash via our partner organization. In the case of downgrade, the refund can be credited toward future hosting, or refunded via cash/wire transfer.
